Delivery time varies by location, typically 2–5 business days.
Products are shipped via reliable courier services to ensure safe delivery.
We take extra care in packaging, especially for glass containers, to prevent breakage or damage.
A tracking number (if available) will be provided after shipment for order tracking.

Please ensure that your address and phone number are accurate to guarantee successful delivery.
If delivery attempts fail or are repeatedly postponed, the order may be canceled.
Eligible Cases for Exchange or Return
Exchange or return requests are accepted in the following cases:
Damaged or broken products during shipping
Receiving a product different from the order
Clear manufacturing defects
Expired products or products close to expiry in an unsuitable condition
Exchange & Return Conditions
To ensure approval of your request, the following conditions must be met:
Request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order
Product must be unused and in its original condition
Original packaging and label must be intact
Photos showing the issue must be provided upon request
As our products are food items, opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned to ensure the safety of all customers.

If the issue is due to our error → We bear all shipping costs

Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the product
For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or InstaPay

Minor natural variations in appearance are not considered defects as our products are handcrafted
